The values, business principles, and ethical standards that management preaches and practices – these are the key to a company’s culture, but actions speak louder than words. A corporate culture is the character of the company’s internal work climate.

Vision Statement – Describes Management’s goals and objectives for the future and defines the strategic course and long-term direction.

An effectively communicated vision is a tool for enlisting the commitment of company personnel to actions that move the company forward in the intended direction.

Mission Statement – conveys a company’s purpose in a language specific enough to give the company its own identity

Value Statement – Beliefs, traits, and behavioral norms that company personnel are expected to display in conducting the company’s business and pursuing its strategic vision and mission.
